Which repair service do you provide regarding Rollei cameras, lenses and accessories ?

We only specialize in the repair of Rolleimarin uw-housings and the accessories.

All other repair jobs regarding cameras and lenses should be directed/send to the Rollei Repair Shop in Germany:

Paepke Fototechnik.

Can I ship my Rolleimarin housing to you for repair ?

Yes, we accept shipments from clients around the world. Please ensure your Rolleimarin is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

We also recommend to ensure your equipment to the actual value.
Detailed shipping instructions will be provided once you have contacted us.

How long does a typical repair take ?

The repair time depends on the issue and the complexity of the repair. Most services are completed within 2 weeks.

However, restorations ( refurbishing ) or repairs requiring rare parts may take longer. We’ll provide an estimated timeline when you book our service.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs ?

Yes, we stand behind the quality of our work.

All repairs come with a 6-months warranty covering parts and labor for the services performened.

Do you use original parts for repairs ?

Whenever possible, we use original Rolleiflex parts to maintain authenticity and quality. If original parts are unavailable, we try to find high-quality alternatives or manufacture custom replacements to ensure the best fit and performance.

How do I get a repair quote ?

You can request a repair quote by filling out the contact form on our website or emailing us directly.

Include a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the equipment.

Once we have inspected the items and evaluated the problem, we’ll provide an estimate and next steps you have to do.

Dear Mr. Wulf,

Thank you for the battery and charger for my 6008AF which arrived very quickly and well packaged. Your battery is much better than the original Rollei NiCd ones, it lasts for a good number of rolls of film and holds its charge too. If I do not use my camera for a few weeks, the battery still has plenty of charge. I have used some other NiMH replacement batteries and they do not have sufficient power to operate the camera for more than a few exposures. Your batteries have sufficient power for many rolls of film. Well done.
