Statutory rights and commercial warranty

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Goods sold by us to consumers are covered by the statutory conformity and legal guarantee rights applicable to the sale. Within the European Union, consumers generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for faulty goods. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply only where this is permitted by the applicable national law and has been expressly agreed with the customer.

In addition, we provide a six-month commercial warranty for repair work carried out by us. This additional warranty covers the parts and labour supplied as part of that repair. It does not restrict the customer’s statutory rights.

To make a claim, please contact wulfkoehler@rolleiflex-repcams.com and include your name, invoice or order information, the product concerned and a description of the problem. Please do not send an item before receiving our shipping instructions.

After inspection, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund. Where a defect is covered by statutory consumer rights, the remedy will be provided without cost to the consumer.

The additional commercial warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications, improper storage or normal wear and tear. These exclusions do not affect mandatory statutory rights.
