Warranty
In the unlikely event of damage to the item, the buyer must report this to the seller within 48 hours and, depending on the agreement, must send the item to the seller at his expense.
The seller will decide whether a repair is possible or whether a new item must be supplied under warranty.
All devices are guaranteed be the seller for a period of 6 months from the date of dispatch by the seller.
Every item that we ship undergoes one or more stringent checks.
If an item is damaged through no fault of the buyer, the buyer must report this to the seller within 48 hours and send the device securely packaged to the seller at his own expense.
The transportation costs will be reimbured later.
After careful inspection, the seller will decide whether it is actually a warranty case or whether the buyer has demaged the item due to careless handling.
If the inspection reveals that the defect was caused by careless handling, the buyer will be invoiced accordingly for the repair and the buyer will pay the transportation costs.
In the event of a warranty claim, the buyer will receive the repaired or a new item free of charge as soon as possible.
