Terms of service

We differentiate between the following services:

a.) Repairs or replacement of items that are under warranty

b.) services ordered by the customer

In both cases, the buyer must send the item in question to the seller, with the buyer bearing the transportation costs.

In warranty cases, the buyer will receive the repaired item or the new item free of charge and the transportation costs he has paid, will be reimbursed.
In the case of contract service work, the buyer will be given a cost estimate and then can decide whether the service should be carried out or whether he wishes to have the item returned to him unrepaired.

In this case, the seller will issue an invoice for €uro 40.00 for the inspection service and the preparation of a cost estimate.

Shipping costs to the buyer will be charged additionally.
