Personal data we collect

When you use our contact or product inquiry forms, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, surname, email address and message. If an inquiry leads to a repair or sale, we may also process correspondence, shipping, invoice and transaction information. Technical information such as IP address, browser type, accessed pages, date and time and necessary cookie identifiers may be processed when you visit the website.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to answer your questions and take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We process order, repair, delivery and payment-related information to perform a contract and comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). We process limited technical data to operate and secure the website and prevent misuse on the basis of our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where optional cookies or similar technologies require consent, they are used only on the basis of consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which may be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be processed by service providers that support our website, hosting, email and IT operations, including Hostinger as the website hosting and builder provider. Data may also be disclosed to delivery, payment, accounting or professional service providers where this is necessary for an inquiry or contract, and to public authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

International transfers

If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Inquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to answer and document the inquiry. If an inquiry results in a contract, relevant data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and applicable statutory retention periods. Technical logs are retained only for the period needed for security and operation. Data based on consent is processed until consent is withdrawn, unless another legal basis requires continued retention.

Cookies

The website may use cookies that are necessary for basic operation and security. Optional analytics or marketing cookies, if enabled, should be activated only after the visitor has made the appropriate consent choice. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings, although necessary features may then be limited.

Your rights

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. In Portugal, the competent supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
